It worked fine for the most part, but the whole experience felt a bit slow and frustrating. Compared to some other similar options I’ve tried, this one just didn’t feel as smooth or easy to deal with. Not terrible, but I wasn’t all that happy overall

I don’t know why this is priced as high as it is, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money. It’s okay, but not enough to justify the cost

I ordered from kahntactmedical.com, and when it arrived, the packaging just didn’t sit right with me. The labels looked a bit different from what I’ve had before, and I tried looking for some clear way to confirm it was the real thing, but I couldn’t really find anything that made me feel sure.

It might be completely legit, I’m not saying I know for sure, but I just didn’t feel comfortable using it. I reached out to support, and their reply didn’t really settle it for me, so at that point I figured... yeah, I probably wouldn’t order again.

I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on, and the replies usually came late. Even when I did get an answer, it wasn’t always super clear, so I was left guessing a bit.

To be fair, everything else seemed fine, but the checkout process was a mess. It kept failing over and over, which made the whole experience frustrating.

I ordered from Kahntact Medical and while the items themselves were okay, the whole shipping experience was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on. When the package finally showed up, it looked like it had been handled carelessly too, which didn’t make me feel great about the order. I might buy from them again, but only if I’m really not in any kind of hurry.

Just a heads up to save you some time: my order showed up with completely different items than what I picked online. Frustrating, especially when you’re expecting what you actually paid for

Customer service, for me, was not really good. I messaged them and waited way too long just to get a reply, and when it came, it didn’t help much honestly. I tried to follow up too, but it felt like nobody was really checking on it. I understand places can get busy, but still, it was frustrating. If I need quick support, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

The website looks nice at first, and I did like that it seemed to have a lot of information available. But actually trying to find what I needed was annoying. The menus weren’t very clear, and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be easier to use

I was disappointed when this showed up. It feels cheap and flimsy, like it could break after barely any use. For what I expected, what a joke.

Delivery was such a hassle. My order took way longer then expected and the tracking info barely helped at all. I just kept waiting around with no real update, which was super frustrating. Definately not reliable, I don’t think I’d order again.

The prescription seemed off, like really off, compared to what I normally use. I wasn’t comfortable taking a chance with it, so I just stopped ordering...

I really wanted this to work, but the fit was just off for me. It felt tight in certain areas and weirdly loose in others, so I kept messing with it and trying to adjust it the whole time. After a little while, it was just uncomfortable.

My order showed up with the box totally smashed and the corners ripped open. The packing inside was loose too, so everything had been sliding around. I was counting on these medical items being ready to use, and instead I had to stop and deal with the mess, which ruined my plans for the day. It just felt rushed and not handled with much care. Disappointing.

This was frustrating. I found the medical supplies I needed and the site made it look like they were available, but once I tried to order, suddenly they were out of stock or not actually ready to ship. Like, give me a break. If something isn’t available, just say that upfront. I wasted time clicking around on items I couldn’t even buy.
